Knitting -Please bring your own supplies which include; 1 ball of medium/worsted weight yarn. (light solid color). Straight or circular size US 8 (5mm) knitting needles.

This knitting class is open to anyone interested in learning or improving their knitting skills. Beginners will be guided step-by-step through essential techniques such as casting on, knit and purl stitches, and binding off. More experienced knitters are encouraged to bring ongoing projects.

An instructor will be available throughout each session to offer demonstrations, personalized help, and skill-building tips. Whether you’re picking up needles for the first time or looking for a supportive group to knit alongside. This class is also a relaxed space to share ideas, learn from one another, and enjoy the social side of fiber arts. Bring your own yarn and needles, or come ready to learn what tools work best for your goals.

Stained Glass-Wheeling

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at the art of stained glass? You can try this hands-on, beginner-friendly introduction to creating art glass using the Tiffany (copper foil) method, no prior experience required. In this stained-glass Saturday class, you will get to pick one of the three Easter/spring patterns. Class will begin with a safety overview and introduction to the tools used in glass making with a brief history of the art. You will be guided in the traditional stained-glass techniques including cutting, grinding, foiling, and soldering. You will leave the class with a completed stained-glass sun catcher of Peeps, an Easter Egg, or a bunny.  The fee includes all instruction, tools, and materials. You will need to wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that can get dirty,(just in case).

Beginners will be guided step-by-step through essential techniques like basic stitches, reading simple patterns, and finishing techniques. More experienced crocheters can work on personal projects, refine skills, and explore new techniques.

An instructor will be available throughout each session to offer demonstrations, personalized help, and skill-building tips. This class is also a relaxed space to share ideas, learn from one another, and enjoy the social side of fiber arts. Bring your own yarn and hooks, or come ready to learn what tools work best for your goals.
