SELF DEFENSE 101-IP MAN WING CHUN-Students will learn the history and lineage of IP Man Wing Chun, the first form (IL LIM TAO KUEN DO) as well as first form techniques and vocabulary. Students will also learn basic drills for applying the first techniques. Students will learn how to legally protect and defend themselves and others when in danger. Upon completion, students will receive an intermediate student certificate.
