ServSafe Food Protection Manager Course - Wheeling Campus

Masks required on campus.  Course is limited to 12 people.

Books and certification are included in the fees.

Per the WV Health Dept. - "Certification requires at least one employee that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and services shall be a certified food protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of the accredited program."
