This is a 2-hour class with demonstrations of proper lifting techniques, office workspace adjustments (i.e. chair, monitor or monitors, keyboard placement, desk height and workflow) Field assessments, 300 log injury review. Class will be held March 13 & 14, 2025 at the PC Industrial Park/EMS Warehouse.
