Fitness for Beginners

This class must have a minimum number of 3 students to run. This class is geared toward individuals who are looking to start an exercise program, but may not know where to begin. Topics covered include; cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and flexibility. Exercises are presented in a nurturing, non-competitive atmosphere and are modified based on the individual. Participants should bring a mat, pair of weights, (3-5 pounds) small towel, and plenty of water to class. 

PICKLEBALL

Calendar Jun 2, 2025 at 6:30 pm, runs for 3 weeks

Come join the fastest growing sport in America! This class is hands on and active. The instructor will quickly go over the rules of the game and you will start playing pickleball immediately. Each game lasts approximately 20-30 minutes. The game is over once a player reaches 11 points. You must win the game by two points. Please wear comfortable clothes, shorts or sweats, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. Bring your own water bottle and towel. We will provide a pickleball paddle and balls but you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Monday and Wednesday nights only 6:30-8pm. The class is limited to 12 participants.

Cryptozoology 101-Wheeling

UFO's 101

The subject of UFO's and aliens have fascinated people for a long time. Government and private organizations have collected a lot of data on UFO's and UFO activities in the last 70 years. We will discuss and examine various topics to get a better perspective on UFO's and alien sightings.

Exercises are modified to be done standing or in a chair. Participants should be prepared with a pair of light weights (1-5lbs), small towel, and plenty of water.
