This gentle class uses a chair for support to improve flexibility, balance, and strength, all while reducing stress. This class is perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to stay active and feel better in their body. This class meets at the Prodigy Wellness Center 313 N. Main Street, New Martinsville. The class schedule is Mondays from 10:00 am-10:45 am on the following dates; 2/2, 2/9, 2/26, 2/23.

Are you ready to build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation for lifelong fitness? This 4-week class meets twice per week and focuses on the fundamentals for strength training in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn proper form, techinque, and how to progress safely to prevent injury and support bone health all while experiencing the many physical and benefits of strength training. No experience necessary.
