Low Impact Aerobic-WEIRTON ONLY
with Carol Teoff

This is a low impact aerobics class with an emphasis on cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, improvement and flexibility with no chair or floor work, usually to music that is 128-140 bpm. Students can use stretchy bands. The instructor will demonstrate easier and more difficult ways to do each movement so that the students can exercise at their own level.

Macro/Timelapse/Slow Motion-Wheeling
with Larry Tackett

This is a one-session class that will cover specific photo shooting topics and techniques. First topic will be macro and close-up photography; including equipment, lighting, and special consideration needed for this type of shooting. Additional topics covered will be time-lapse and slow-motion techniques. This type of photography require special knowledge and consideration as well as an understanding of your equipment and its capabilities. Bring your equipment to class and note that all smart phones can be used. This class must have a 6 person minimum to make. Wine Tasting @ Moss Farms
with Zack Oberle

This class will help students distinguish the difference between the mouth feel associated with the brix of each wine comparing fruit wines, grape wines, dry wines, semi-sweet, and sweet wines. Susan will discuss the wine making process. The student will learn how to clarify the wines and the cold stabilization of wines. Wine tastings are included with the class.

Fitness for Beginners

This class must have a minimum number of 3 students to run. This class is geared toward individuals who are looking to start an exercise program, but may not know where to begin. Topics covered include; cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and flexibility. Exercises are presented in a nurturing, non-competitive atmosphere and are modified based on the individual. Participants should bring a mat, pair of weights, (3-5 pounds) small towel, and plenty of water to class.

Conversational French for Travel
with Said Leghlid

This class is a six-week course designed to equip participants with the basic language skills to speak French. Through practical lessons, students will learn common phrases and expressions useful in everyday travel, such as greetings, ordering food, asking for directions, and making reservations. The course emphasizes correct pronunication and listening comprehension to build confidence in real-life interactions. By the end of the six weeks, participants will be able to communicate basic French sentences effectively and feel more comfortable engaging with native French speakers during their travels.
