Low Impact Aerobics

This class is $10 total not per class. This is a Low Impact Aerobics class with an emphasis on cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, improvement, and flexibility with no chair or floor work. This class is to music 128-140 bpm. Students can use stretchy bands. The instructor will demonstrate easier and more difficult ways to do each movement so that the students can exerciseat their own level.

Intro to Lightroom Classic - Wheeling Campus

This course is an introduction to Adobe Lightroom Classic. We will cover all the modules with particular emphasis on the Library and Develop modules, including: importing photos from your camera into a catalog, keywords and metadata, editing, developing and processing using Camera Raw and other tools.
Students will need to have access to Adobe Lightroom software through an Adobe Lightroom or Photography plan.

Strong Nation: Strong 30

Strong Nation is a HIIT class that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training. Every move is synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Participants should be prepared with a mat, a small towel, and water.
Note: This class has a minimun of 5 students. If there are not enough registrations, the course will not be held.
Little Chefs Xmas Edition

Ages: 5 - 10
Lil Chefs Christmas Edition- Relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle to decorate cookies, make a take home treat and make your own personal pizza to eat while watching a Christmas show. This class is geared towards kids, 5 years or older and adult. The adult is required to come with the child. Class is limited to 6 groups- child plus adult. This class is $23 per person, $23 for the adult and $23 for the child for a total of $46 for the class. They will get to enjoy their hard work afterwards by eating what they made. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and have hair pulled back. Aprons will be provided.
Beginner Basics in Wire Weaving

Students will learn the basics for wire weaving with multiple weaving techniques and different weave patterns. We will be using different wire gauges from 16 gauge to 26 gauge using round, square, and half round. These wires are made from copper, sterling silver, gold filled, and argentium metals.
Mastering Photoshop I - New Martinsville Campus

If you are new to Photoshop or have tried to learn Photoshop and struggled with it, this course is for you. The course starts at the very beginning with an overview of the program and its interface. We will review and use the many tools, such as crop, healing brushes, selections, levels and curves, brightness/contrast, vibrance/saturation, black&white, and more. Most importantly, we will learn and master the use of layers which is the most powerful component of Photoshop. During the class students will work with images supplied by the instructor so that everyone us doing the same edits at the same time, in order to lead to mastering photoshop.
Students will need to have access to Photoshop software through an Adobe Photography plan or a trial version.

Wine Tasting @ Moss Farms

This class will help students distinguish the difference between the mouth feel associated with the brix of each wine comparing fruit wines, grape wines, dry wines, semi-sweet, and sweet wines. Susan will discuss the wine making process. The student will learn how to clarify the wines and the cold stabilization of wines. Wine tastings are included with the class.
