PICKLEBALL

Calendar Aug 26, 2025 at 5 pm, runs for 3 weeks

Come join the fastest growing sport in America! This class is hands on and active. The instructor will quickly go over the rules of the game and you will start playing pickleball immediately. Each game lasts approximately 20-30 minutes. The game is over once a player reaches 11 points. You must win the game by two points. Please wear comfortable clothes, shorts or sweats, t' shirt, and tennis shoes. Bring your own water bottle and towel. We will provide a pickleball paddle and balls but you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Tuesday and Thursday nights only. The class is limited to 8 participants.

Exercises are modified to be done standing or in a chair. Participants should be prepared with a pair of light weights (1-5lbs), small towel, and plenty of water.

Strong Nation is a HIIT class that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training.  Every move is synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.  Participants should be prepared with a mat, a small towel, and water.
