"This instructional class will include playing Pickleball games from day 1. Participants will be required to move about, swing a paddle and physically exert toward a moving ball. Wear clothing appropriate for this movement in a heated gym. Paddles and balls are provided but feel free to bring your own. Prior experience with Pickleball is NOT required.
