Topics covered include; cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and flexibility. Exercises are presented in a nuturing, non-competitive atmosphere and are modified based on the individual. Participants should bring a mat, pair of weights, (3-5 pounds) small towel, and plenty of water to class.
