Fitness for Beginners
with Amanda Sage
This class is geared toward individuals who are looking to start an exercise program, but may not know where to begin. Topics covered include; cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and flexibility. Exercises are presented in a nurturing, non-competitive atmosphere and are modified based on the individual. Participants should bring a mat, pair of weights, (3-5 pounds) small towel, and plenty of water to class.
Yoga for Beginners
with Amanda Sage
This class is designed for the individual who is completely new to the practice of yoga. Participants will learn the foundations of yoga technique, and apply the principals of yoga to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Class participants should be prepared with a yoga mat, small towel, and plenty of water
Piano Level 2
with Amanda Sage
This class expands upon the Piano Level 1 class. Participants will be able to build upon the foundations learned in the Piano 1 class. Students must be able to access their own piano.
Introduction to Music
with Amanda Sage
This class will provide a broad overview of the elements of music such as; notation, pitch, rhythm, meter, chords, scales, and more. Participants will walk away with the building blocks needed for music reading, performance, and composition.
PICKLEBALL
with Scott Hedrick
Come join the fastest growing sport in America! The first class will be learning the rules of pickleball. The rest of the classes will be playing doubles pickleball. Each game lasts approximately 20-30 minutes. The game is over once a player reaches 11 points. You must win the game by two points. Please wear comfortable clothes, shorts or sweats, t' shirt, and tennis shoes.Bring your own water bottle and towel. We will provide a pickleball paddle and balls but you are welcome to bring your own equipment.

This online 1 session class is geared toward individuals who are looking to improve their health and wellness through better eating habits. Topics include: where to begin, understanding food labels, sorting through dietary advice, relationships with food, meal planning and more. Basic Quilting

*Minimum of 10 students for the course to run.*
This class will teach you the basics of quilting. Carol will demostrate the hearts and gizzard quilting technique. The student will learn quick cutting and piercing techniques by making the size and color of your choice.
