Strong Nation is a HIIT class that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training.  Every move is synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.  Participants should be prepared with a mat, a small towel, and water.

Aerial Lift Safety

This course is designed as a customizable class for a company specific to their equipment.  Students will learn the intended use of aerial lifts, what safety requirements and safe work practices are, how to recognize hazards associated with aerial lifts, how to perform inspections and basic maintenance on the proper equipment.

CDL - Hazmat ELDT Training

This class meets the qualifications for the ELDT training required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.  The course provides students with the knowledge needed to transport hazardous materials in adherence with both federal and state laws.  It will also help prepare drivers for the Hazardous Materials Endorsement Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) exam.  The course is held on campus, in a computer lab, using online curriculum and the WVNCC CDL program curriculum.

Customer Service Representative

This 8-hour course teaches service representatives critical skills in professionalism, communication, managing the call, managing the customer, managing job stress, and other skills such as cross-selling (in the onsite class). The course ensures that the students can transfer these skills to the job, thereby providing a significant return on the training investment for the organization.

Light Duty Truck Safety Training

This 16 hour course will train students on how to properly pre-trip and drive a light duty truck.  It will instruct students on how to safely perform reverse maneuvers, use the truck mirrors, parking and driving safely on city streets.  This course will also cover the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration hours of service.

Maids and Housekeeping

This 8-hour training program teaches the fundamentals of Housekeeping for hotels and corporate offices. Students will learn the best and most effective cleaning techniques. Additionally, course participants will learn how to use all the cleaning equipment and products properly.

Refresher 1 Courses for CDL A License

This course is designed to refresh a previous driver's experience level back to a competent level.  It is designed for drivers who have a current CDL A license but have not been utilizing it presently.   During this one week program, students will be retrained on proper pre-trip inspections of a commercial motor vehicle, to safely perform reverse maneuvers and operate on city street and highways.

Cost includes Dept. of Transportation physical and 1 attempt at the CDL Driving test.
