Our Lagree Method class is a full-strength training experience performed on a hero-board, designed to build lean muscle, improve endurance and strenghten you core-without putting stress on your joints. This class combines slow, controlled movements with a constant time under tension to challenge your muscles in ways traditional workouts cannot. Expect shakes, sweat, and depp burn as you move through sequences that target every major muscle group while improving balance, stability, and alignment. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. Whether you are new to Lagree or looking to level up, this class will push you, focus you, and leave you feeling stronger from head to toe.

This course is designed to refresh a previous driver's experience level back to a competent level.  It is designed for drivers who have a current CDL A license but have not been utilizing it presently.   During this one week program, students will be retrained on proper pre-trip inspections of a commercial motor vehicle, to safely perform reverse maneuvers and operate on city street and highways.

Cost includes Dept. of Transportation physical and 1 attempt at the CDL Driving test.

This course is designed to prepare students who have a current unexpired CDL Class B license on the knowledge and training needed to take the permit and driving test for a CDL Class A license.  Classroom, road and range training are part of this 120 hour course.

Cost includes permit and 2 attempt at the CDL Driving test.
